Being a full stack developer means carrying a project through all stages of the application development lifecycle. Whether it be designing a user interface, crafting a seamless user experience, developing reliable code, or deploying to production, I care about each stage of building a web application project — from beginning to end.

I studied in the department of Engineering & Computer Science. My bachelor’s degree gave me the strong theoretical foundation in computer science and software engineering that continues to underpin my work to this day.

What began as a Front End Developer summer intership soon became a full-time position as a Full Stack Dev. Consulting for this multinational company taught me how to function in a highly dynamic environment with large development teams.

I earned my MD in hopes of combining my passion for technology with the desire to apply those skills to solving interesting and unique problems in healthcare.

As the one and only software developer on a team of research scientists, my role here has enabled me to take full control of large web application projects focused on advancing research in genomic medicine.

The Epigenome Browser.
An extension I’m making to an open-source application in order to make the laborious task of graphically browsing epigenomic data a little more pleasant.
The Rai Laboratory.
A React site I built for our lab. I wrote a custom and intuitive backend to make it simple for any lab member to modify and update the site quickly and easily.
